About Us
Welcome to our church. Dedicated in rebuilt form in 1412, it is well known for its mediaeval graffiti, especially the "Litcham Cryptogram." We are open every day. Parking is immediately outside on Church Street. A general store and post office is opposite and the Bull Public house is a few yards away, serving meals every day except Monday lunch.
Our services are every Sunday at 10.15, alternating Eucharist (1st & 3rd Sundays) and lay-led Matins (2nd & 4th.) 5th Sundays rotate aroung the Upper Nar churches. All services are Book of Common Prayer based. There is also a Eucharist on most Wednesdays at 9.30 am. Special services mark Holy Week, Easter and Christmass.
If you visit our church, please sign the Visitors' Book.
If you are engaged in family research, you will find a plan and catalogue of churchyard graves on the table by the south west pillar. Please return the document after use.
Our church works cooperatively with Litcham Methodist Church, situated in Front Street.
