Sunday Worship

Occuring
In August, September. Every Fourth Sunday at for 1 hour
Venue
St Mary's Church, Rushall
Address
St Mary the Virgin, Hall Lane, Rushall, Diss, IP21 4UD, United Kingdom

Over the last year we’ve been trialling having a second service, that of Morning Worship on the morning of the fourth Sunday, and regretfully we must advise the last of these will be held on Sunday 27th August and Sunday 24th September. The reasons are due to low attendance of these services, and as a small PCC with a small band of volunteers caring for the church building and raising funds for the upkeep, time, energy, and cost had to be taken into consideration. The PCC is appreciative of the help given by Christopher Smith, and Sylvia and Francis Coomber, who throughout the trial period have supported the church in leading and playing the organ throughout. We are however able to continue with Holy Communion services, and special services at Easter, Harvest, Remembrance & Christmas times.

St Mary's Church, Rushall

Welcome to St Mary the Virgin Church, Hall Lane, Rushall IP21 4UD

Rushall's peaceful church is open for visitors 24/7, for private prayer, quiet contemplation or for just a quiet walk around an historic Medieval building. We hold an 11am Holy Communion service on the second Sunday of each month. You will receive a friendly welcome at a service in our small, rural village church, where we have a chat over a cuppa afterwards.

Do please check out Rushall's Services & Events page for what's going on.
