A large section of this road has an open view to the site of the former Roman Hill Junior School. The site was latter used as an extension to the play area at the Primary School but in recent years has been unused. We pray that the school will obtain the necessary funding to use this space constructively to enrich the children's lives and improve that area of Roman Hill.We pray for each person living in Beckham Road:God, give them grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed,courage to change the things that should be changed,and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other. Lord Jesus,we ask that you would bless all those affected by the cost of living crisis.We lift up to you all for whom life is difficult.We pray for those who have to chose between eating and heating, those who fear stravation or eviction, those who go without so their family doesn't have to.We ask that the people of Yeovil Road will know God's love whatever their situation. This is one of the longest roads in our area containing 108 residential properties. In 2021 this road contained over 50% rented properties (if you include social housing), of these 72% are rented from private landlords. On the 2021 census over 55% of the residents said they had no religion.We pray Lord that you will bless all who live or work in Norwich Road. We ask that their hearts may be opened to consider the possibility that there is a God who loves them and wants them to know the hope only he can give them. Amen.
