All Saints Filby has revived a churchyard management plan first drawn up in 2018. It represents a collaborative project between All Saints LCC, Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Filby Lands and Conservation Trust and Filby in Bloom.

We endeavour to build upon the wonderful work of the Filby in Bloomers who over the last year or two have cleared and tamed much of the undergrowth and overgrown trees and hedges. We now plan to set aside a number of uncut conservation areas in the quieter areas around our churchyard to see what comes up.

Our inspiration comes from  https://www.caringforgodsacre.org.uk/ a conservation charity for burial grounds across the UK and, in particular, the action pack attached below.
