With ‘A Pocketful of Merriments’, a new programme for 2024, Chanter’s Jigge presents a feast of traditional song and dance music from around the British Isles and beyond.

Folk songs, Morris tunes, sea shanties and country dances . All played and sung on a unique array of traditional, ancient and modern instruments and knitted together with anecdotes, and stories.

Toe-tapping, clapping along, and joining in with choruses will not be compulsory but may be hard to resist – you have been warned!
