On Palm Sunday evening, over 100 people of all ages witnessed the retelling of the Gospel of St Mark in Bergh Apton Church.Stefan Smart has been touring this one-man performance of I AM MARK countrywide for 2-3 years and performed it to sell-out audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe. We were thrilled that he could fit us into his schedule on 13th April, which marked the production's first visit to Norfolk since the summer of 2023.It was a dramatic and engaging performance; a wonderful way to experience the gospel, and particularly powerful to do so on Palm Sunday.Stefan has plans for a similar dramatisation of The Acts of the Apostles entitled "And You Shall Be My Witnesses”, which is due out next year. https://iam-mark.com
On a beautiful May afternoon In 2023 we had a visit from Rod Fryatt, cameraman, photographer and producer of the most wonderful videos of churches. To enjoy a remarkable virtual tour of our church copy the link into your browser. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN3GQY7NQGc
