You are very welcome to our medieval church of St Margaret in Garvestone. The Church lies on the main road at the edge of the village near the school and village hall. Parking is available on the road outside the church, and in the village hall car park. In winter bring a torch as there are no street lights. The church has no toilet unfortunately. Refreshments are usually served after services, which are usually on the third Sunday of each month at 11am. We keep our church open for visitors as it remains an important centre of village life as it has done for nearly 1000 years.
St Margaret's Church has been part of the Christian worship, prayer and praise to God in Garvestone for nearly 1000 years. Now part of the Barnham Broom and Upper Yare Team of Parishes, a Group of 13 parishes with 15 churches (Groupof15), we continue to be dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving our community
