The town's churches and all who want to join us come together on this Holy Day for a walk of witness as we follow the cross from St Peter’s Parish Church to the top of Beeston Hill, where it will be erected and it will stand for all to see for the Easter weekend.

We will stop to share in an open-air service at the Town Clock at 11:30am before proceeding up the hill.

The church will be open from 10am for quiet reflection.

A poignant service for Good Friday as we near the time of the crucifixion.

Do come along to our coffee morning, and bring any friends young or old to help build this year’s Easter Garden in the church!

This wonderful service begins in the darkness and culminates in the light as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and share in the first communion of Easter.

Our Easter Sunday Festal celebration service is very special!

A wonderful rendition of the ‘Hallelujah Chorus’ from the Messiah by Handel will be included - all who like to sing are invited to join our choir to sing it out!

An Easter egg hunt follows the service at 11:30am.
