It was with huge sadness that Revd Margaret received the news on Wednesday morning, 7th August, that Joan had died. Joan became Church Warden for Horsford in April, bringing diligence, energy and clarity of mind. She has been an ever present part of our community since 2020 when she and David joined us for worship on zoom. She became one of the All Saints Toddler Group leaders, was passionate about our presence at The Dog after mid-week communion and always volunteered for our fund raising and community events – usually her name was first on the list! Her warmth, encouragement and sense of humour will be missed.
