We are delighted to be able to announce that at All Saints' our plans for urgent conservation of the church, in particular the medieval features and unique Edwardian wall paintings, have reached a key milestone.  

Our church, well known as a place of friendship and support for the local community, has been awarded a National Lottery Heritage Fund development grant of just over £138,000.  This will allow us to fulfil our plans to deliver a programme of traditional skills development and to create a safe and sustainable future for this historic building and the heritage it contains.

Thanks are due to Richard Hiscocks, Philip Ashton, Anne Irving (of Irving Patrick Consulting Ltd.) and the whole finance team who have dedicated many hours and collective skills to the National Lottery Heritage Fund application.   

Events will be held to showcase the plans and everyone is invited to come along, to take part and to see what we will be doing.  Further details will be posted as soon as they are ready.
