The first Ordination service to be held in St Stephen's church will take place on Sunday July 7th at when the Revd Dr Samantha Ann Justine Mawer will be ordained as a Priest.  The service will also be the last service taken before his retirement of the Rt Revd Paul Ferguson, Bishop of Whitby.

Sam will serve as Assistant Curate in the Benefices of Fylingfales with Hawsker cum Stainsacre and Lowere Esk.
