Morning Prayer on weekdays is from the Church of England publication “Common Worship – Daily Prayer”. We have copies of the printed book in church, but people with smartphones generally use the Daily Prayer app which provides the prayers and readings for each day. You can install the app from Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play; or see www.churchofengland.org/prayer-and-worship/join-us-service-daily-prayer/daily-prayer-app-and-podcast

Safeguarding

Our parishes are committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the parish’s PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Manager – use the button below for contact details. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
