Christ Church Brixton Road

Christ Church has begun a new stage as St. Matthew's
plantation. In this new stage, we have become a bilingual parish (English-Spanish) and we have enthusiastically launched ourselves into renewing the parish community through new initiatives and activities. In the coming months, we will announce new ways to participate in the parish but for now, we have already launched Bubble Church (an activity designed for the whole family in English) and Sunday Mass in Spanish every week. Christ Church is in a new stage full of enthusiasm and new projects, do you dare to be part?

Safeguarding

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Paulette Williams [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
