On the last Wednesday of each month, there is an opportunity to meet up with other people for some company and refreshment, and receive support with the problems and pressures of life. 

The place is St Peter’s Room in St Peter’s church, Sharnbrook and the time is 10am until 12 noon. Usually, between ten and fifteen people come to the Ark to enjoy the peace and hope that it offers. If you like the sound of this opportunity then please do come along on the last Wednesday of the month.
