We hope to see you at the next '3rd Sunday at 3' Afternoon Worship service at Shiplake on Sunday 20th October at 3pm. The first service went really well and we already have offers of help from some young volunteers, do join us. 

We have also had a wonderful offer from Shelagh, who runs the very popular weekly Benefice Sunday School based at Harpsden - she will run a Sunday School session at Shiplake during the 3rd Sunday service for any children who would like to attend and do crafts, songs, stories and prayers (although they are very welcome to stay in the short inclusive service too!)

The new service started on Sunday 15th September at 3pm, and will continue every 3rd Sunday of the month at 3pm - or "3rd Sunday at 3". It is a friendly and welcoming, short and simple service, suitable and inclusive for all, with no Holy Communion. The hymns and songs will be uplifting, with the tune played once before singing, in case they are unfamiliar. Everyone is welcome to stay for the refreshments afterwards. Please see the attached poster for more details. Parking is available off Church Lane at either the Church Room or by the tennis court.
