SUPPLIMENTARY FORMS NOTICE

Supplementary forms for High School Applications are now being accepted in the box at the back of Church, please place them in an envelope with your name on. Please ensure you have filled in your parts and have indicated which Church or Churches hold your data.

The deadline for submitting your form to Church is Sunday 29th September 2024.

Forms will be completed by the Church and available to collect (In Church) from Sunday the 20th October 2024.

Please note it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to download the forms from the schools and familiarise themselves with each school's submission deadlines.
