Our Service of Light begins outside (weather permitting!) by the fire pit and proclaims the resurrection of Christ from the dead. We light the Easter Candle, symbolising Christ, the light of the world, and carry it through the church followed by the whole congregation. Afterwards, we gather together for bacon butties, drinks and other refreshments. It's a lovely way to celebrate our risen Lord!
