New Electoral Roll - your help is needed!

Form_1_Application_for_enrolment_church_electoral_roll.pdf Download

Not to be confused with the Electoral Register, which is the one you have to be on in order to vote in local and national elections, the church Electoral Roll is simply a list of names and addresses of our church membership here in Graffoe Parish

The Churches in Graffoe Parish comprise of the following

St Andrews, Boothby Graffoe

All Saints, Coleby

All Saints, Harmston

St Peter's, Navenby

St John the Baptist, Temple Bruer

All Saints, Wellingore

Not only does the Roll give an indication to the powers that be of how healthy our churches are, the number of people on it also affects how many members we are allowed to have on our PCC. Currently we have 190 people on the Roll, which allows us to have 14 elected members.

Every person listed on the roll is eligible to attend and vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM), which this year is on Thursday 22 May at 7:30pm in the Church Hall, Catwalk, Navenby

To be eligible to be on the Roll you must be over 16, baptised, and live within the Parish of Graffoe. If you live outside the Parish you must have habitually attended public worship at any of our six churches (listed above) during the six months prior to the preparation of the new Roll.

You will see the Notice of Preparation of a New Roll on the Noticeboards of all the Graffoe Parish churches

Electoral Roll officers for each church will be available at services with application forms or email your completed and scanned form to [email protected].
