Every few years we are required by law to prepare a new Parish Electoral Roll from scratch. This year - 2025 - is one of those years, so you will need to re-apply if you want to vote or stand at the elections at the Annual Meeting on 29th April! No names are automatically carried over, and everyone who wants to be on the roll needs to complete a new application form.
There are three ways you could apply. Firstly, printed forms are available at all our churches, or from the Parish Office at St Aidan's Church on Tintern Avenue during opening hours. Secondly, you could also download the form linked below, and complete it either electronically or by hand). But this year, for the first time, you can complete an electoral roll application online by clicking here and completing the online form which will be sent to us and added to the roll automatically.
If you are completing a paper form, please would you complete one of our contact cards as well so that we have your permission to use your contact information to keep in touch about other things apart from the electoral roll? For those who apply online, we'll be getting in touch and asking you to do the same - or via a new online form which will be available soon.
Best wishes - David Brooke (Team Rector) and Derek Stockton (Electoral Roll Officer)
