The Parish of Rotherfield with Mark Cross

Our benefice unified as "The Parish of Rotherfield with Mark Cross" in December 2024. The parish is currently in interregnum, but our services continue with our regular patterns of worship, replacing some Communion Services with Matins or Morning Worship. We are loads of fun and welcoming to families and older people alike with a mixture of both modern and traditional services.

Safeguarding

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Ghislaine Lakin-Hall [email protected] or the Chichester Diocesan Safeguarding team on [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
