We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be welcoming our new Vicar to the Peak Parishes Benefice. We received this message; “The Bishop of Chester is pleased to announce that, subject to all legal formalities being completed, The Reverend Liz England, previously Team Rector-in-charge of Buxton, with Burbage and King Sterndale, and Assistant Area Dean of Derbyshire Peak and Dales Deanery, will be the next Incumbent of The Peak Parishes.

Revd Liz England and her family will move into the Wincle Vicarage during August and will join our benefice in September. The Licensing Service will take place on Monday 9th September at 7pm and will be hosted at St. Mary’s Church, Bosley. More details about this will follow over the coming weeks.

It is a very exciting time when we welcome a new Vicar to our wonderful trio of parishes and we are all looking forward to the future together.
