St Margaret's Church Barking

The parish church of St. Margaret of Antioch Virgin and Martyr is a Grade I listed building dating back to 1215.The church is the living continuation of Barking Abbey, sharing a joint history for centuries. historical site and home to a vibrant church community in the heart of Barking with nearby  transport services, making it easy for all to get to. 
We join for Holy Communion at 11am every Sunday morning.

It’s a six week journey with others who are exploring faith along with you. There will even be fresh coffee and pastries and you will be able to stay for church afterwards if you would like to.
If you have not been Confirmed then this course can lead to this as we are hosting a Confirmation Service with the Bishop of Barking on Sunday 2nd March 2025.
