Every six years a completely new Electoral Roll must be created, and 2025 is one of these years. This means that everyone who is currently on their Electoral Roll and wishes to remain so must apply again, the same as new members would do during a revision year. 

The Notice of Preparation of a New Electoral Roll will be displayed near the main door of every church in the parish two months before the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.

Everyone who wishes to be included on the new Electoral Roll must complete a form to be included and given to the Church Warden or Electoral Roll secretary by the date on the notice.
