Welcome to the United Benefice of St Aidan, Bamber Bridge and St Leonard, Walton le Dale. We have a vision statement for our churches which is ‘Making Disciples. Transforming lives’. All that we do here is meant to make these things happen.

Both congregations would be very happy to see you at any of our worship and community events.

Our two parishes have recently become a United Benefice, so we are working more closely together for our parish communities.

We all hope that you will find the information you are looking for, but if not please ring the number above and leave a message or email [email protected]. Our benefice is in an interregnum at the moment, whilst we look for our next vicar please be assured that we are still here to reach out to, we have a great ministry team that includes a retired clergy, Rev'd Nick Procter, who has Permission to Officiate, our Lay Licensed Minister (LLM) and our Authorised Lay Ministers (ALMs). Plus a visiting and Baptism team. 

Together with our Churchwardens, Heather Thomas, Lester Metcalf, Arthur Fish and Ross KInder we are able to keep all aspects of our church community operating.
