About Us

Following a Deanery re-organisation in 2024, we are becoming the Benefice of Abbas and Templecombe, Henstridge, and Horsington, with the parishes of Holton and North Cheriton. As a new, not-yet-official five parish benefice, we have already started getting to know each other and working together.  Nestled in South Somerset, our new benefice follows the A357 Southwards from the A303, encompassing 5 medium and small rural parishes.

Our focus at present is on helping one another encounter God daily to be Christ-like in our community.
