St Bartholomew, Armley

Everyone is welcome to all our services and community events at S. Bartholomew's Church, Armley, Leeds.

Please join us for our Sunday Parish Mass at 10:00 am

We also have a Said Mass on Thursdays at 10:00 am, followed by coffee or tea in church at 10:30am.

For the last three years, S. Bartholomew's has been without a vicar or priest-in charge, however, we are thankful that we have been able to continue to hear God's word and celebrate the Sacred Mysteries at our weekly Masses and that we have continued to provide the church's mission and ministry to the community of Armley and Leeds. Thankfully, we continue to be admirably looked after by visiting priests at our weekly Sunday and Thursday Masses, at our Stations of the Cross services during Lent, at our Holy Week services and at baptisms, weddings and funerals.

'Pirate Bonnie' - Saturday, 5th. April at 2:00pm. Presented by Fidget Theatre in partnership with Leeds libraries. A welcoming, music-filled performance for children aged 4+ and their grown-ups.

Music Lunches - Free food from 12:15pm, free music from 1:00pm. Every Wednesday 26th. March to 16th. April.             26th. March: Tim Harvey - piano (classical and jazz)        2nd. Easter Monday Organ Concert, Monday, 21st. April, 11:00am. 'Easter Melodies' performed by Graham Barber

Annual Vestry Meeting/Annual Parochial Church Meeting - Sunday, 27th. April after Mass

'Talking About the Fire' - Tuesday, 20th. May 7:00pm. A Red Ladder theatre event for adults (suggested 14+) which lasts for 90 minutes. A thought-provoking event which addresses issues such as nuclear weapons and 'What is an expert'. Audience engagement and input welcomed!

Leeds Symphony Orchestra Concert - Saturday, 5th. July 7:30pm

Summer Fair - Saturday, 19th. July 11:00am to 2:00pm
