St Mary's, Yelden

Welcome to St Mary's Church in the beautiful village of Yelden.

We have two services a month - a Holy Communion at 10.30am on the first Sunday and Cafe Sunday which is on the third Sunday at 9am and is held at the Village Hall.  This is an informal event, gathering for a coffee and croissant before listening to a story about Jesus.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Yelden is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO (Sarah Croft 07986 153423) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (01727 818107, [email protected]). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
