Thuxton St Paul

You are very welcome to our medieval church of St Paul in Thuxton. The Church lies in the middle of the village next to the village sign. Parking is available along the road outside the church. In winter bring a torch as there are no street lights. There are no toilets unfortunately. Refreshments are often served after services but check the calendar for details.

St Paul's Church has been the centre of Christian worship, prayer and praise to God for nearly 1000 years. Now part of the Barnham Broom and Upper Yare Team of Parishes, a Group of 13 parishes with 15 churches (Groupof15), we continue to be dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving our community.

If you would like to financially help us in our work of service to the community and the upkeep of our medieval church, you can donate through our website www.groupof15.org.uk or give through DONATE at

Safeguarding

Our parish of St Paul is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Norwich’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO at [email protected] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor on 01603 882345 [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services
