St Mary’s Battle

Welcome to St Mary's Battle which is a Grade 1 Listed church of national historic importance, in the heart of Battle and 1066 country. It's a place of regular worship and community involvement with a history of almost 1000 years. As the parish and civic centre church we are at the heart and life of all that goes on in Battle and look forward to welcoming you. 

On a Sunday we have a 9.30am Parish Communion using Common Worship, an 11.15am Informal Service with Children’s Church and a 6.30pm Choral Evensong every other week. Do come and join us.

Every weekday morning a small group gathers in the St Catherine's chapel for morning prayer. This quiet service includes the readings and psalms set for the day, as well as space for silent reflection and prayer before the busyness of the day begins. It lasts approximately 25 minutes. Everyone is welcome.
