Welcome to the parish of Amberley with North Stoke. Our parish church is St Michael's, tucked away in Amberley village next to the castle. It is an ancient church set in its peaceful churchyard but continues to be a living church community seeking to know, love and follow Jesus.
At the southern end of the parish is St Mary the Virgin, North Stoke, which is in the care of the Churches' Conservation Trust and not used for regular services. See more at http://www.stmarynorthstoke.org/.
We look forward to welcoming you to our services. Services are at 11am, apart from the 2nd Sunday of the month when Cafe Church takes place at 10am, usually in the church hall. NB If there is a 5th Sunday the service moves around the benefice churches: please contact us for venue.
Our spacious church provides room for distancing, should you be concerned about Covid.
We continue to provide prayers and reflections by weekly email: please contact Michael Davey to be added to the list.
St Michael's continues to be open during the week for private prayer. On Wednesdays there is a quiet Morning Prayer service at 9.30am.
We have a wonderful building which we invite you to explore via a link on our website, wildbrookschurches.org.uk. There is Wifi in the church to help you access this.
SAFEGUARDING: We are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer. She can be contacted on [email protected]. You may also wish to visit The Diocese of Chichester’s safeguarding pages if you have a concern: https://safeguarding.chichester.anglican.org.
