St Mark's Downham

St Mark's is a small church on the edge of the Downham Estate, located on the corner of Baudwin Road and Castillon Road. Most of the action at St Mark's is focused on our midweek activities, including Welcome Club, Messy Church, and our Mental Health and Wellbeing Group.

St Mark's does not currently have a Sunday service, so we join with our sister church, St Luke's a short distance away. St Luke's is located on the corner of Northover and Shroffold Road, BR1 5JR (the 124 bus goes from St Mark's to St Luke's) and the service is at 11am.

Providing a space for people to come and meet others, eat a meal together, take part in activities and receive practical support. This project includes advice services (debt, benefits, and health advice from a registered Nurse) - please contact in advance to arrange to meet with an advice worker.

CoronaVirus Pandemic and St Mark’s Update June 2021

St Mark's reopened on Palm Sunday and we have a shortened Holy Communion Service on Sundays at 10am with Covid Safe procedures in place. All are welcome.
